I am a professional jazz guitarist, bassist and music educator based in New York City, holding a Master of Music degree with Honors in Jazz Guitar Performance from New York University. I have been teaching guitar, electric bass, ukulele, and piano for over 8 years across multiple institutions in Canada and New York City, working with over 100 students of all ages and skill levels. My musical influences are deeply rooted in the jazz tradition — artists like Wes Montgomery, Kenny Burrell and Sonny Rollins  have shaped my musical voice and continue to inspire my playing and teaching every day. As a performing artist, I have released my debut album First Time Around — mixed and mastered by Grammy Award winning engineer Chris Allen — and perform regularly at venues throughout New York City. Whether you are a complete beginner or an advancing musician, my goal is to make every lesson inspiring, fun, and deeply musical.
